Glacia — Terms of Service

Welcome to Glacia. By using glaciashop.com (the "Site") or buying anything from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them before placing an order. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
1. General
Glacia is an online retailer specializing in portable handheld fans engineered for fast, on-demand cooling. These Terms govern your use of the Site and any purchase made through it. We may update or change these Terms from time to time. If you keep using the Site after we make changes, that means you accept the updated version.
2. Eligibility
By using this Site, you confirm you're at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. When you place an order, you also confirm that the information you give us is accurate, complete, and current.
3. Products
Glacia sells portable cooling devices and related accessories. We do our best to show our products accurately, but we can't guarantee that the colors and finishes on your screen will match the product exactly — monitors and phone displays vary.
We may discontinue any product at any time. Prices can change without notice.
4. Order Fulfillment
Once your order is placed, we get to work on it. By ordering, you acknowledge:
- Processing typically takes 2 to 7 business days before your order ships.
- Delivery estimates are given in good faith but aren't guaranteed.
- Glacia isn't liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our control.
- Glacia is your point of contact for any order issue. Email support@goglacia.com and we'll sort it out.
5. Shipping
Glacia ships within the contiguous United States only. We don't currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.
Estimated shipping times start once your order has been processed and handed to the carrier. We aren't responsible for carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control. Risk of loss or damage transfers to you once the package is delivered to the carrier.
6. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be glad you bought the fan. If something's wrong with what showed up, we'll make it right.
Our 30-day guarantee. If your Glacia fan doesn't work for you — for any reason — you have 30 days from your delivery date to request a full refund. No fine print, no restocking fees. If it's not the right fit, send it back.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@goglacia.com with your order number and a short description. A photo helps us sort it faster, and we may ask for one. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund — your call.
Lost in transit. If the carrier confirms your package as lost or undeliverable, email us with your order number and we'll either resend the order or refund it in full.
Refund timing. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take another day or two to show up on your statement.
7. Order Cancellations
Once you place an order, it enters our fulfillment queue quickly. Cancellation requests must reach us within 12 hours of placing the order. After that window, we can't guarantee we'll catch it in time. Email support@goglacia.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
8. Payments
All prices are in U.S. dollars. We accept major credit and debit cards along with other payment methods offered at checkout. By submitting your payment information, you authorize Glacia to charge the full amount of your order, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees. All transactions are processed securely.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, product images, and branding — belongs to Glacia or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of it without our written permission.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. GLACIA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLACIA AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, SUPPLIERS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PURCHASE OF ANY PRODUCT, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Glacia and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, demand, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Michigan.
14. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be severed and the rest will remain in full effect.
