We want you to be glad you bought the fan. If something's wrong with what showed up, we'll make it right.
Our 30-day guarantee
If your Glacia fan doesn't work for you — for any reason — you have 30 days from your delivery date to request a full refund. No fine print, no restocking fees. If it's not the right fit, send it back.
If something arrived damaged, defective, or wrong
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@goglacia.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. A photo helps us sort it faster, and we may ask for one. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund — your call.
If your order never arrived
If the carrier confirms your package as lost or undeliverable, email us at support@goglacia.com with your order number and we'll either resend the order or refund it in full.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take another day or two to show up on your statement.
How to start a return or replacement
Email support@goglacia.com with:
- Your order number
- What's wrong (a sentence or two is fine)
- A photo, if the issue is something we'd need to see
