Order Fulfillment
Once your order is placed, we get to work on it. By ordering, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Processing typically takes 2 to 7 business days before your order ships.
- Delivery estimates are given in good faith but aren't guaranteed.
- Glacia isn't liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Policy
Glacia ships within the contiguous United States only. We don't currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.
Estimated shipping times are shown at checkout and begin once your order has been processed and handed to the carrier. We aren't responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other factors outside our control. Risk of loss or damage transfers to you once the package is delivered to the carrier.
